Processing of personal data<br \/>Use of the Site by Users may result in the communication of personal data. Data recipients and disclosure to third parties<br \/>Personal data may be transmitted to employees, collaborators, subcontractors or<br \/>Quorsum providers who offer adequate data security guarantees, and who<br \/>collaborate with Quorsum in the marketing of products or the provision of<br \/>services. They act under the direct authority of Quorsum, and are notably responsible for collecting,<br \/>to process or subprocess this data.<br \/>In all cases, the recipients of the data and those to whom this data has been disclosed respect<br \/>the content of this Privacy Policy. Quorsum assures that they will process this data<br \/>3<br \/>only intended purposes, in a discreet and secure manner.<br \/>In the event that the data is disclosed to third parties for direct marketing or<br \/>prospecting, the User will be informed in advance so that he can express his consent to<br \/>the use of this personal data.<\/p>\r\n<p>8. The User has the right to obtain access to said personal data<br \/>as well as the following information:<br \/>the purposes of the processing;<br \/>the categories of personal data concerned;<br \/>the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have<br \/>been or will be communicated, in particular to recipients who are established in third countries<br \/>or international organizations;<br \/>where possible, the planned retention period of personal data<br \/>or, when this is not possible, the criteria used to determine this duration;<br \/>the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling, referred to in Article 22,<br \/>paragraphs 1 and 4 of the Regulations, and, at least in such cases, useful information concerning<br \/>the underlying logic, significance and intended consequences of this processing<br \/>for the person concerned<br \/>The Data Controller may require payment of reasonable, cost-based fees<br \/>administrative documents for any additional copy requested by the User.<br \/>When the User submits this request electronically (via the address<br \/>electronic for example), the information is provided in a commonly used electronic form,<br \/>unless the User requests otherwise.<br \/>The copy of their data will be communicated to the User at the latest within one month after receipt.<br \/>demand.<\/p>\r\n<p>b. Right of rectification<br \/>Quorsum guarantees the user the right to rectification and erasure of personal data.<br \/>In accordance with Article 16 of the Regulation, incorrect, inaccurate or irrelevant data<br \/>may be corrected or deleted at any time. The User first carries out the<br \/>necessary modifications from their user\/other account, unless these cannot be<br \/>carried out independently, in which case the request can be made to Quorsum.<br \/>In accordance with article 19 of the Regulation, the Data Controller notifies each recipient<br \/>to whom the personal data have been communicated any rectification of the data to<br \/>4<br \/>personal nature, unless such communication proves impossible or requires effort<br \/>disproportionate. The data controller shall provide the data subject with information about<br \/>these recipients if they request it.<\/p>\r\n<p>vs. Right to erasure<br \/>The User has the right to obtain the erasure of his personal data as soon as possible.<br \/>in the cases listed in article 17 of the Regulation.<br \/>When the Data Controller has made the personal data public and it is<br \/>required to erase them under the preceding paragraph, the Data Controller, taking into account the<br \/>available technologies and implementation costs, takes reasonable measures, including<br \/>of a technical nature, to inform other data controllers who process these data<br \/>personal character that the data subject has requested erasure by those responsible for the data<br \/>processing of any link to this personal data, or of any copy or reproduction of<br \/>these.<br \/>The previous two paragraphs do not apply to the extent that this processing is necessary:<br \/>to the exercise of the right to freedom of expression and information;<br \/>to comply with a legal obligation which requires processing provided for by Union law or<br \/>by the law of the Member State to which the controller is subject, or to carry out<br \/>a mission of public interest or relating to the exercise of public authority vested in the<br \/>data controller;<br \/>for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal rights.<br \/>In accordance with article 19 of the Regulation, the Data Controller notifies each recipient<br \/>to whom the personal data have been communicated any erasure of data to<br \/>personal nature or any limitation of the processing carried out, unless such communication is<br \/>proves impossible or requires disproportionate effort. The data controller provides the<br \/>data subject of information about these recipients if they request it.<\/p>\r\n<p>d. Right to restriction of processing<br \/>The User has the right to obtain the limitation of the processing of his personal data in the<br \/>hypotheses listed in section 19 of the Regulation.<br \/>In accordance with article 19 of the Regulation, the Data Controller notifies each recipient<br \/>to whom the personal data have been communicated any limitation of the processing carried out,<br \/>unless such communication proves impossible or requires disproportionate effort. THE<br \/>controller provides the data subject with information about these recipients if<br \/>she requests it.<\/p>\r\n<p>e. Right of data portability<br \/>In accordance with article 20 of the Regulations, Users have the right to receive from Quorsum the<br \/>personal data concerning them in a structured, commonly used and readable format<br \/>per machine. Users have the right to transmit this data to another person responsible for the<br \/>processing without Quorsum obstructing it in the cases provided for by the Regulations.<br \/>When the User exercises his right to data portability in application of paragraph<br \/>5<br \/>precedent, it has the right to obtain that personal data be transmitted directly<br \/>from one controller to another, where technically possible.<br \/>The exercise of the right to data portability is without prejudice to the right to erasure. This right<br \/>does not apply to processing necessary for the performance of a mission of public interest or relating to<br \/>the exercise of public authority vested in the controller.<br \/>The right to data portability does not infringe the rights and freedoms of third parties.<\/p>\r\n<p>f.
