Quorsum establishes this Privacy Policy, the purpose of which is to fully inform
transparency for Users of the website hosted at the following address: www.quorsum.be, (hereinafter
the \u201cSite\u201d), of the way in which personal data is collected and processed by Quorsum.
The term \u201cUser\u201d refers to any user, i.e. any natural or legal person, who
visits or otherwise interacts with the Site.<\/p>\r\n
As such, Quorsum determines all the technical, legal and organizational means and purposes
processing of Users\u2019 personal data. Quorsum undertakes to this end to take all
the necessary measures to guarantee processing of personal data in compliance with the law of 30
July 2018, relating to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of data

3. Purpose of processing personal data
In accordance with Article 13 of the Regulation, the purposes of processing personal data are
communicated to the User and are as follows:

The User consents, during the visit and when using the Site, that Quorsum collects and processes,

Quorsum providers who offer adequate data security guarantees, and who
collaborate with Quorsum in the marketing of products or the provision of
services. They act under the direct authority of Quorsum, and are notably responsible for collecting,
to process or subprocess this data.
In all cases, the recipients of the data and those to whom this data has been disclosed respect
the content of this Privacy Policy. Quorsum assures that they will process this data

only intended purposes, in a discreet and secure manner.
In the event that the data is disclosed to third parties for direct marketing or
prospecting, the User will be informed in advance so that he can express his consent to

8. User Rights

The Data Controller may require payment of reasonable, cost-based fees
administrative documents for any additional copy requested by the User.
When the User submits this request electronically (via the address
electronic for example), the information is provided in a commonly used electronic form,
unless the User requests otherwise.
The copy of their data will be communicated to the User at the latest within one month after receipt.

b. Right of rectification
Quorsum guarantees the user the right to rectification and erasure of personal data.
In accordance with Article 16 of the Regulation, incorrect, inaccurate or irrelevant data
may be corrected or deleted at any time. The User first carries out the

carried out independently, in which case the request can be made to Quorsum.
In accordance with article 19 of the Regulation, the Data Controller notifies each recipient
to whom the personal data have been communicated any rectification of the data to

disproportionate. The data controller shall provide the data subject with information about
these recipients if they request it.<\/p>\r\n

The User has the right to obtain the erasure of his personal data as soon as possible.

to whom the personal data have been communicated any erasure of data to
personal nature or any limitation of the processing carried out, unless such communication is
proves impossible or requires disproportionate effort. The data controller provides the
data subject of information about these recipients if they request it.<\/p>\r\n
d. Right to restriction of processing
The User has the right to obtain the limitation of the processing of his personal data in the
hypotheses listed in section 19 of the Regulation.
In accordance with article 19 of the Regulation, the Data Controller notifies each recipient
to whom the personal data have been communicated any limitation of the processing carried out,
unless such communication proves impossible or requires disproportionate effort. THE
controller provides the data subject with information about these recipients if

e. Right of data portability
In accordance with article 20 of the Regulations, Users have the right to receive from Quorsum the
personal data concerning them in a structured, commonly used and readable format
per machine. Users have the right to transmit this data to another person responsible for the
processing without Quorsum obstructing it in the cases provided for by the Regulations.
When the User exercises his right to data portability in application of paragraph

precedent, it has the right to obtain that personal data be transmitted directly
from one controller to another, where technically possible.
The exercise of the right to data portability is without prejudice to the right to erasure. This right
does not apply to processing necessary for the performance of a mission of public interest or relating to
the exercise of public authority vested in the controller.
The right to data portability does not infringe the rights and freedoms of third parties.<\/p>\r\n
