|At 23, Johan moved to Shanghai for 4 years, where he put his marketing training into practice at China Challenge and then specialized in intercultural training for senior executives (Berlitz).|
Back in Belgium, he obtained the diploma of the Executive Master in Management (the EMM of the Solvay Brussels School of Economics & Management) and is interested in business strategy and its concrete implementation in SMEs with a particular interest in the human dimension of change processes.
|In 2 years of consultancy at Quorsum, he acquired the conviction that managers and staff of SMEs need coaching as much – if not more – than large companies and, with a passion for personal development for many years, he is trained in executive coaching techniques and is certified EMCC Practicioner EQA from the European Mentoring & Coaching Council; he thus returns to his first experience as a “talent manager” at AIESEC.|
Perfectly bilingual (English / French), Johan also has some knowledge of Spanish and Mandarin. He is also an approved consultant for the Walloon Region.
