At 23, Johan moved to Shanghai for 4 years, where he put his marketing training into practice at China Challenge and then specialized in intercultural training for senior executives (Berlitz).

Back in Belgium, he obtained the diploma of the Executive Master in Management (the EMM of the Solvay Brussels School of Economics & Management) and is interested in business strategy and its concrete implementation in SMEs with a particular interest in the human dimension of change processes.

In 2 years of consultancy at Quorsum, he acquired the conviction that managers and staff of SMEs need coaching as much – if not more – than large companies and, with a passion for personal development for many years, he is trained in executive coaching techniques and is certified EMCC Practicioner EQA from the European Mentoring & Coaching Council; he thus returns to his first experience as a “talent manager” at the AIESEC.

Perfectly bilingual (English / French), Johan also has some knowledge of Spanish and Mandarin. He is also an approved consultant for the Walloon Region.
